A Resolution to Amend Fees Pertaining to the Superior Township Zoning Ordinance

 

Please take notice that a Resolution to Amend Fees Pertaining to the Superior Township Zoning Ordinance was adopted at the regular meeting of the Superior Charter Township Board of Trustees on January 19, 2010 at the Superior Charter Township Hall located at 3040 N. Prospect Road, Ypsilanti, MI 48198. The Resolution amends the manner in which administrative fees are charged for the processing of Township Consultant’s reviews. Publication of the Resolution was made by posting in the Office of the Clerk, 3040 N. Prospect, Ypsilanti, 48198, and on the Township website – www.superior-twp.org.
